We were delighted to receive a donation of €15,000 from James Fox of Highbury Lane Properties Ltd. to enable the purchase of an additional Scalp Cooling system (Cold Caps) for St. Anne’s Day Care Centre here in St. Vincent’s.
The pilot of this system has proved to be a huge success with our patients undergoing cancer treatment, leading to the purchase recently of our first unit. This donation now enables us to add a further unit, making the service accessible to more patients
